My office is a converted mansion at 733 NW 20th Ave. in the heart of historic Northwest Portland. The area is often referred to as the Northwest Flats neighborhood, probably because of the many popular apartment buildings sprinkled among the many older homes.
I chose this office location because it’s central to all of the close-in neighborhoods I serve. Our city, with its many bridges, offers quick connections: St. Johns and Fremont to North; Broadway and Burnside to Northeast; and Morrison and Hawthorne to central Southeast. On the Westside, I’m in the middle of the best of the Northwest, which includes the Pearl District, downtown and Portland’s coveted west hills.
The popular eastside neighborhoods include: Alameda, Irvington, Wilshire, Beaumont, Rose City, Laurelhurst, Boise-Elliot, Grant Park, Hollywood, Concordia, Overlook, Sullivan’s Gulch, Sabin, Arbor Lodge, Piedmont, Alberta Arts, Peninsular, Portsmouth, Ainsworth, Dolph Park, Buckman, Sunnyside, Hawthorne, Mount Tabor, Brooklyn, Sellwood, East Moreland, West Moreland, Waverly, Waverly Heights, Colonial Heights, Ladd’s Addition, Woodstock and Reed.
On the Westside, many desire to live in Hillsdale, Montclaire, Lair Hill, Johns Landing, The Pearl, Uptown, Kings Heights, Northwest Flats, Nob Hill, Westover, Skyline, Arlington Heights, Council Crest, West Slope, Bridlemile, Raleigh Hills, Multnomah, Portland Heights, Forest Heights, Burlingame, Dunthorpe, Riverwood, Highland Park, Healy Heights, Fulton Park, Hayhurst, Sylvan Hill, Vermont Hills, Terwilliger and Garden Home.
I am also familiar with northern Clackamas and Yamhill counties (wine country). In these areas you can find fine and interesting homes on acreage in lush locations, most within 45 to 90 minutes of the city.
