Timing is Everything

I have found that ASAP just about covers it all in real estate, because when transaction and marketing needs are handled quickly, the process runs smoothly and problems are rare. Both buyers and sellers need a hand in “time-is-of-the-essence” requirements in real estate contracts. My commitment to you is to complete each and every step of the transaction in a timely manner.

Properties and Prices

Previewing homes is essential, both to locate homes for sale and to identify market trends. With that knowledge and recollection of like-homes seen, I can better determine an appropriate list price or offering price for a client.  I also doggedly review the “solds,” “pendings” and “active listings” on the multiple listing service. The most important information, however, comes from the many homes that I have personally toured. I see at least 20 homes each week—1,000 or more a year!

Information garnered from years of looking at homes far surpasses the numbers and pictures you can see on the Internet! Anyone can do that. What I challenge everyone to do, when considering the services of a real estate agent, is to ask, “How many homes have you seen this week?” The best agents are out there previewing and selling, and those in the know, know it!
