We found Jim via his website, looking for a mid-century home. Jim showed us a few listings and then informed us about one soon to come on market, offering to get us into it first. The home was perfect and we bought it. Our other home was listed with an agent we weren't happy with and it didn't sell. A few weeks later, Jim offered to bring us buyers for our home that didn't sell, and he sold it. We are amazed with Jim's ability to sell and negotiate fair contracts. He also saved us a lot of money!
